Furesh LLC - Terms of Service
Last updated: 5/27/2025
By commissioning Furesh LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms listed herein. These Terms of Service (TOS) are binding and apply to all services including fursuit bodysuits, costume parts, repairs, and modifications.
1. Eligibility & Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to commission us. Proof of age may be requested.
You must have full rights to the character/design being commissioned. AI-generated reference art is not accepted.
A clear, SFW reference sheet is required for accurate work. Gradients and unclear markings may be interpreted at our discretion.
2. Contact & Communication
Our preferred contact method is Telegram, but we also offer communication via email.
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
All agreements made via email or Telegram are legally binding.
Clients must reply to time-sensitive requests (such as WIP approvals) within 72 hours or we will proceed at our discretion.
3. Quotes, Slots, and Queue Management
We open commissions through public announcements. Slots may be distributed via application forms, auctions, or in-person events.
The queue is tracked internally. We prioritize projects based on payment completion, complexity, and scheduling needs.
Quotes are valid for 90 days. We reserve the right to adjust pricing after that window.
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to reserve a slot. No work will begin without it.
4. Design Interpretation & Artistic Liberty
All Furesh suits are made with a degree of artistic liberty to align with our style.
We reserve the right to make design adjustments to improve construction, safety, or visual cohesion.
Specific elements such as ear shape, eye shape, body contouring, and fur transitions may not be open to alteration once production begins.
We do not taper bodysuit fur. Our bodysuits typically use contrasting fur lengths.
Hair is made of faux fur and placed according to structural best practices unless otherwise agreed.
5. Work In Progress & Approval Milestones
We provide WIP updates at major build stages, including preparation, patterning, and final construction.
Significant changes requested after a stage is approved may incur additional charges.
If no response is received within the approval window, we will proceed based on our best judgment.
5a. Edits During Construction Process
We build directly from your approved reference and invoice. Small requests made during WIP stages will be accommodated within reason.
If a change contradicts previously approved work or requires a reversal of progress, an additional fee may apply.
We will always confirm costs before proceeding with extra work, allowing you to decide whether to approve the changes or continue as originally planned.
6. Payments & Plans
We accept payments via Square, PayPal, or invoicing tools approved by Furesh LLC.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment plans are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Clients paying in full or completing payments faster may receive queue priority.
All commissions must be fully paid before shipment.
A 3% fee may be added to extended plans to cover transaction and time costs.
We do not guarantee a spot in our queue until full payment or deposit has been received.
7. Shipping, Insurance & Customs
Shipping is not included in quotes unless explicitly stated.
Clients are responsible for all shipping costs and mandatory insurance.
U.S. orders typically ship via USPS or UPS. International orders may incur customs or VAT—these are the client’s responsibility.
We will not falsify customs documents. Do not ask.
Items will be shipped only after final approval and final invoice (including shipping) is paid.
8. Repairs & Modifications
We offer repairs and modifications to Furesh or third-party suits, but we assume no liability for damage to third-party work.
Older suits or modifications carry an inherent risk. Clients accept this risk by sending their item.
Repairs must be shipped clean (unless a cleaning service is requested). Soiled suits will be refused and returned at the client’s expense.
One free annual touch-up is offered per client, with client covering shipping both ways.
9. Warranties & Wear
All new suits come with a 120-day Adjustment Period for fitment issues resulting from our error. Any adjustments requested outside of this window may incur an additional fee.
All new suits come with a 1 Year Warranty from the date of arrival. This covers repairs of rips, popped seams, adhesion failure, or defect resulting from our error.
We are not held liable for material matting, friction damage, heat damage, backing failure, thinning or shedding.
If we are at fault, and the issue arises withing the first 120 days, we will cover shipping both ways for necessary fixes. If the issue is not due to our construction (such as incorrect measurements provided by the client or user damage), or outside the 120 day adjustment period window, the client will be responsible for all shipping.
While under warranty, the buyer is responsible for shipping the suit to us in clean condition.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, roughhousing, improper washing, or alteration by third parties.
Making unapproved modifications or adjustments to the suit may void the warranty.
We are not responsible for physical harm, discomfort, or overheating while wearing the suit. Use handlers, stay hydrated, and take breaks as needed. for structural issues caused by our construction.
10. Quality Disclaimer
All of our products are entirely handmade, which means some degree of asymmetry, uneven gluing, or small cosmetic imperfections is possible and should be expected.
Our pricing reflects demand, materials, and labor—not a guarantee of flawlessness.
Elements like glued teeth or noses may shift slightly with use. If a tooth or glued component comes loose, we are happy to help with repair or replacement guidance. So far, no clients have reported tooth loss.
Clients are entitled to one free annual touch-up, with the client responsible for shipping both ways. This can include mending, minor fit adjustments, or fur conditioning.
For more complex markings, seams, or stitching repairs, we are happy to guide you through DIY care or quote additional service.
10a. Color & Fabric Matching
Please be aware that the available palette of fur, fleece, minky, and other costume fabrics is limited compared to the vast range of colors that can be digitally rendered in reference art.
We will always do our best to color-match your reference and will offer you the closest available swatches when there is no perfect match.
We cannot guarantee a match to previous suits or fabric orders, even if we used the same source. Dye lots may vary slightly, and some fabrics may be discontinued over time.
If you have extremely specific color needs, please let us know as early as possible in the process.
11. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate measurements, DTDs, and reference materials in a timely manner.
Failure to provide measurements within 2 months of full payment may incur storage or reassessment fees.
Keep your suit clean, avoid storing it wet or unwashed, and never expose it to high heat or direct sunlight for long periods.
Use balaclavas and sock liners to extend interior lifespan.
12. Cancellations, Abandonment, and Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable.
Full or partial refunds may be considered prior to fur cutting, based on work completed and costs incurred.
Once construction has begun, no refunds will be issued.
If a client fails to communicate for 60+ days, the project may be marked as abandoned and forfeited.
If the project is canceled by us due to external factors or conflict, the client may receive a partial refund excluding materials/labor.
13. Denial of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission if:
The client is verbally abusive or discriminatory.
The client is underage or uses falsified information.
The client is known to support hate groups, illegal activities, or harassers.
A refund (minus deposit and incurred costs) may be issued. All project materials may be destroyed or repurposed.
14. Dispute Resolution
All clients agree to attempt private resolution with Furesh LLC before initiating chargebacks or public disputes.
Filing a chargeback without notice results in immediate blacklisting from future service.
We reserve the right to retain all relevant documentation to defend against disputes.
15. Social Media, Photos, and Promotion
Furesh LLC retains the right to photograph, post, and promote completed commissions unless otherwise requested in writing before work begins.
Clients may repost images with credit to Furesh LLC. Commercial use of suit photos or branding must be disclosed.
16. Intellectual Property
Clients retain rights to their characters. All construction methods, patterns, and 3D files are property of Furesh LLC.
Do not attempt to copy, trace, replicate, or reverse-engineer any part of our suits or internal patterns.
Collaboration partners or outsourced components (such as feet, hand paws, or claws) will be credited where applicable.

By sending payment, submitting a quote form, or confirming your slot, you confirm that you:
Are 18+ and the rightful owner of the character.
Understand all deposits are non-refundable.
Understand that suits are handmade and will not be perfect.
Accept the risks of damage, delay, and variation.
